Concert Program Ad Sale

The Austin High Orchestra Parents (AHOP) organization will sponsor advertisement sales for concert programs. Ads will appear in the concert programs printed throughout the year. Concert program ads may be sold to businesses or to individuals who support our orchestra program, including parents of orchestra members who wish to highlight their student. For each ad sold, students will be credited with 60% of the income.

Provided below are the following documents:

  • concert program ad sale procedures;
  • a letter to prospective advertisers that includes detailed information, ad prices, receipt, and order form; and
  • an ad space/cost diagram to be provided to prospective advertisers with the letter.

Parents/students are encouraged to participate in the concert program ad sales in that it is the most profitable fundraising activity of the year. Thank you for your support of the Austin High School Orchestra program!
