Join Mrs. Solis and your orchestra friends for five days of music, sports, history, food, and fun in New Orleans! We’ll depart midday Thursday, February 11, and return Monday, February 15, 2027, over Presidents’ Day weekend. We’re still welcoming more travelers!

We’ve already secured two unforgettable experiences:
· Houston Rockets vs. New Orleans Pelicans: Early arena access to watch the teams warm up courtside, Friday-night basketball, and photos on the court afterward!
· A private Preservation Hall experience: An exclusive, one-hour educational concert with the Preservation Hall Band, a look at the venue’s history, and a Q&A with the musicians.
Additional tentative highlights include a university masterclass and campus tour, Mardi Gras World, a Second Line parade, French Quarter and ghost/vampire tours, a Steamboat NATCHEZ river cruise, a historic St. Charles streetcar ride, and delicious New Orleans food!
An affordable adventure with friends: We’re working to keep the total cost around $1,000 per student or less, including charter bus transportation, hotel accommodations, daily breakfast, and admission to all scheduled activities. More travelers could help lower the final cost!

o January 31: Up to $250, potentially less depending on participation
